Despite their love for Persian food, the owners felt that the ambiance and the image that standard Persian restaurants projected were too foreign, too formal. It was then that it was decided to start Kebab Bob, which specializes in serving innovative Persian food that has been customized for the Filipino taste in a fast food, over the counter format.

 

Kebab Bob opened in Strata 2000 in Ortigas during November, and though still relatively young, reception to Kebab Bob’s meals, from the well-known Shawarma, to the Kebabs and more modernized meals has been very positive. Kebab Bob regularly adds food items to its growing menu for diversity coupled with quality to continue to make your Persian-Mediterranean craving happily satisfied.
